Almac Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at our Audubon location. As a key operational leader, you will contribute to the achievement of business unit KPIs by supporting operational and engineering teams in the operation and maintenance of process equipment throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Drive operational maintenance readiness of production equipment through effective preventative maintenance, efficient response to unplanned downtime, and proactive problem-solving.
- Lead the maintenance team through a hands-on approach that ensures training compliance, professionalism, and expertise are prioritized and coupled with a high level of customer service.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all maintenance staff. Ensure safe and efficient maintenance operations are carried out at all times.
- Lead the maintenance team in a professional manner and contribute as a key leader within the Audubon site.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a production or maintenance environment.
- Preferred Education: Engineering Degree.
- Pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry experience.
- Supervisory experience.
- Medical, Vision & Dental benefits.
- 20 days PTO per year.
