About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every traveler who visits our travel centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve each customer courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions of customers on a point-of-sale (POS) register, maintain a clean and well-stocked food and beverage area, and clean and stock merchandise.
  • Teamwork: Prioritize work according to the store and management needs, establish strong communication and rapport with leaders and coworkers, and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Basic Computer/POS Knowledge: Basic computer and point-of-sale knowledge is preferred.
  • Cash Handling Skills: Cash handling skills are preferred.
  • Good Verbal Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills are required.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
