Position: Outside Sales - Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel within the designated area to establish and nurture strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales Associates to identify and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and promote territory growth.
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities and accounts.
  • Introduce and promote new products and marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate with management regarding changes in product demand.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any service-related issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets as required.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in outside sales, preferably within the HVAC wholesale sector.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC products and systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the HVAC industry is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Average earnings range: $90,000-$110,000 in the first year.
  • Base salary plus commission structure.
