Job Overview

We are looking for a committed and energetic Early Childhood Education Aide to enhance our educational environment. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in early childhood development, enjoy engaging with young learners, and assist our lead educators in fostering a nurturing and enriching classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead educator in developing and delivering lesson plans while facilitating student learning.
  • Work a full-time schedule, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Collaborate closely with experienced teachers to support instructional activities, contribute to lesson preparation, and provide personalized attention to students.
  • Participate in decorating classrooms and creating engaging bulletin boards.
  • Communicate effectively with parents through daily updates and reports.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the classroom environment.
  • Prepare materials needed for daily educational activities.
  • Assist in setting up sleeping arrangements for nap periods.
  • Support meal times for children.
  • Qualifications: A high school diploma is required; an associate's degree in early childhood education or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is preferred.
