Janitorial Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Cleaning and Sanitation Professional to join our team at Interstate Building MTC, Inc. As a fast-growing national janitorial and maintenance company, we prioritize creating healthy and safe environments for our clients across various industries.

This part-time position involves working in a client's site, responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality of work.

• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks in assigned areas, including bathrooms, breakrooms, and other spaces.
• Dust and wet mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Remove trash and replace trash can linings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.

Candidates must have reliable transportation, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and be willing to submit to a background check.
