Cart Retrieval Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cart Retrieval Specialist to join our team at BJ's Wholesale Club. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our members and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of carts and facilities.
• Restock and verify the working condition of carts at the club entrance.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Maintain the outdoor grounds, prioritize maintenance tasks efficiently, and operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Restock maintenance and cleaning supplies and perform minor routine building repairs.

Requirements

• Completion of required training and certification processes.
• Prior maintenance or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to operate equipment and enter age-restricted areas.
