- Collect and Analyze Data: Collect and analyze data from clinical research studies, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with Clinicians: Collaborate with clinicians to review approved or proposed projects, participate in planning and evaluating these projects, and participate in staff meetings.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care and ensure smooth study execution.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Research Developments: Stay up-to-date with the latest research developments, participate in continuing education, and maintain current expertise in the field.
- NYS RN License: Possess a current NYS RN license and registration.
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program: Be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Experience in Clinical Setting: Have prior RN experience in a clinical setting, preferably with specific indications.
- Strong Analytical and Organizational Skills: Possess strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to Work Independently: Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing: Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
