About the Role

StoneX Group Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Chief Compliance Officer to lead our swap dealer compliance program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of our compliance framework and ensuring that we meet all regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the oversight of the swap dealer compliance program, ensuring timely completion of tasks and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with CFTC, NFA, and swap dealer rules.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Human Resources, to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.
  • Provide compliance support for new product, sales, and technical initiatives, and ensure that all business activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, including the CFTC and NFA, to ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations.
  • Prepare and file the annual CCO report, and provide management and the Board with periodic updates on compliance matters.
Requirements
  • 7 to 10+ years of direct swap dealer compliance experience, with prior experience at a regulator, private firm, or both.
  • Expert knowledge of CFTC, NFA, and swap dealer rules, with the ability to interpret and disseminate information on compliance regulations and laws.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the general public.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office, with the ability to work independently and maintain prompt and regular attendance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business, with the ability to travel as needed (anticipated 5%-15% of the time, but potentially 25% at times).
