About the Role
  • You will be responsible for overseeing your own installation projects, replacing old heating systems with modern air-water heat pumps.
  • You will be traveling to customers in a van equipped with the best tools and equipment.
  • You will work alongside another plumber or a trainee.
  • You will also collaborate closely with a team of planners, logisticians, and customer service to support you during installations.
  • You will work on continuously improving our processes. We aim to streamline and plan the installation process efficiently through our specialization in heat pumps and digital processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead installation projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure high-quality installation work and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • You are a trained plumber with a strong background in heat pump installation.
