Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Chiller Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our North America Branch, you will be responsible for startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and aftermarket services for our fast-growing HVAC business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to our customers, resolving facility inefficiencies and service-related issues.
  • Offer solutions and recommendations to ensure facilities are running efficiently, including upselling opportunities.
  • Travel up to 20% to support Branch Customers startup and commissioning activities, as well as aftermarket service troubleshooting.
  • Participate in JCI's Service Plus Rewards program and provide quotes to customers.
  • Collaborate with other local market mechanics and prioritize safety in all aspects of the job.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of practical working experience on Residential and/or ducted products, air cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, AHU's or Roof Top ducted units.
  • Able to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chiller system components.
  • Universal EPA refrigerants license, applicable state or local licensing, and valid driver's license.
