Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing chiller service in commercial and industrial settings, conducting maintenance and repairs on various HVAC systems, and troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues. If you have a strong background in HVAC and excellent problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils and replacing filters
  • Repair or replace faulty components and ensure proper functioning of the chiller system
  • Test HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
  • Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in chiller service in a commercial or industrial setting
  • EPA universal certification preferred
  • Proficiency in working with RTU, air handlers, split systems, chilled water, VAV, and fan coils
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
