Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
  • 4 years of experience in analytics-related field or Master's degree in related field with 2 years of experience
  • Strong data visualization skills and experience with tools like Tableau or PowerBI
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field
  • Related industry experience in retail, merchandising, healthcare, or eCommerce
  • Successful completion of assessments in data analysis and Business Intelligence tools and scripting languages
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000.00-$155,000.00, annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and additional compensation for certain positions. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. Paid time off benefits include PTO, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting.
