Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as an internal business consultant, analyzing sales performance to identify discrepancies between established competency models and actual performance metrics.

You will present findings, facilitate discussions, and work collaboratively to identify performance gaps, develop solutions, and assist in implementing strategies to enhance individual and team performance.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough analyses to identify discrepancies between competency models and actual performance.
  2. Collaborate with management to pinpoint key factors contributing to performance gaps and assist in problem-solving efforts with leadership.
  3. Support the resolution of underperformance by developing strategies to minimize or eliminate identified gaps.
  4. Facilitate discussions across various workgroups to uncover innovative approaches for improving sales effectiveness.
  5. Engage with key employees in the field to observe and interpret behaviors that may hinder sales performance.
  6. Report findings to management and propose actionable solutions based on performance observations.
  7. Coach individuals and teams on best practices while promoting cross-divisional collaboration.
  8. Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  9. Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work variable schedules as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

The primary pay range for this position is between $82,000 and $123,629.85, with potential for additional commission earnings based on performance.

Education and Experience

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, although candidates with a combination of relevant coursework and experience, or extensive professional experience, may also be considered.
