Job Overview:

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Role:
This position requires a collaborative and strategic thinker who can partner with regional store leadership and employees to provide guidance and support across the entire employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for addressing associate questions and concerns, promoting consistency in P&C policies/practices, and building strong partnerships within the People & Culture Team and Retail teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to regional store leadership and employees
  • Partner with the P&C Business Partner to execute business operations
  • Assess opportunities and areas of development within the business and make solutions-based recommendations
  • Collaborate with Employee Relations Business Partners to address employee performance management challenges
  • Support the execution of P&C initiatives and administer key HR programs

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software and the ability to quickly learn our HRIS and talent management systems.
