Main Responsibilities

  • Process and distribute mail, handling confidential documents with discretion.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions, upholding confidentiality agreements.
  • Monitor office hours and maintain inventory levels.
  • Carry out additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Less than one year of relevant experience.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other computer software.
  • Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and fostering positive relationships.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000, reflecting the local market rate for similar roles.
