Steel Sports is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Softball Coach to join our team. As a Softball Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our youth athletes, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement training sessions to improve player skills and strategies
- Provide regular feedback and evaluation to players and parents
- Coordinate game schedules, practices, and travel arrangements
- Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and inclusivity among players and staff
- Communicate effectively with parents, players, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and successful season
- Previous coaching experience in softball or a related sport
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
