About the Role:We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Technology Services Group (TSG) - Network Services team. This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA, and Lake Mary, FL, with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days in the office per week.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide critical support for the remediation of alerts and incidents across the bank.
- Identify and remediate network-related issues experienced by our stakeholders, including alert response, incident management, change management, and recovery of service across multiple product lines.
- Oversee and respond to incidents and alerts across the network infrastructure, which includes routing/switching, load-balancing, firewall, proxy, and other technologies across the global estate.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across various network technologies.
- Engage with vendors/carriers in relation to outages, hardware replacement coordination, software troubleshooting, and change coordination.
- Manage change through planning and execution of break/fix activities.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
- 4-6 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- CCNA strongly preferred, or 2 years of technical training/associates degree in routing and switching technologies.
- Previous experience in various networking technologies, including routing/switching, load-balancing, firewalls, proxy.
- Previous experience operating network monitoring software.
- Functional understanding of the ITIL model.
