This role is responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support services in the Oncology and General Surgery Unit at MemorialCare Health System.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Registered Nurse in delivering patient care and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
- Collect and document patient information, vital signs, and other relevant data.
- Provide basic patient care, including personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- One year of acute care experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of clinical and information technology systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
