  • Conduct thorough analysis of laboratory specimens in accordance with established protocols, ensuring accuracy with minimal errors.
  • Implement quality control measures and perform quality assurance checks on all testing processes, maintaining equipment and recording results diligently.
  • Manage laboratory supplies and reagents, ensuring proper stock levels and cleanliness of the work area.
  • Deliver timely laboratory reports to healthcare providers, including critical results, and manage communication effectively.
  • Assist with phlebotomy tasks as needed, ensuring proper specimen handling and labeling.
  • Adhere to procedural guidelines for specimen management, ensuring proper placement for testing.
  • Respond to laboratory inquiries and maintain professional communication.
  • Engage in continuous learning through laboratory literature and updates on methodologies.
  • Uphold professional appearance and conduct at all times.

Job Type: Part-time, PRN

Experience Requirements:
  • Phlebotomy: Minimum of 1 year preferred.

Licensure/Certification:
  • Medical Technologist certification is required.

Work Environment:
In-person engagement is essential for this role.
