Job Title: Nursing Faculty

Chamberlain University is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursing Faculty member to join our team. As a Nursing Faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the College's philosophy and accreditation standards.
  • Teach and mentor students in the classroom, clinical, and online settings.
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback to improve student outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nursing education.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching methods and technologies.
  • Participate in academic advisement and counseling for students.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of student admission, progression, retention, and graduation policies.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Professional nurse licensure required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience working in a clinical setting.
  • Prior teaching experience preferred.
  • Experiential preparedness to teach assigned courses.
  • A passion for teaching and openness to teaching a variety of courses.
  • Maintain current regulatory and practice credentials, when appropriate, based on assignment.
  • Excellent communication skills along with a high level of initiative and prudent judgment.

  • A competitive salary range of $51,962.03 to $93,000.
