About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Faculty member to join our team at Adtalem Global Education. As a Clinical Nursing Professor, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of nursing professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Curriculum Development
    • Develop and implement curriculum for nursing courses, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
    • Design and deliver engaging and effective teaching methods to promote student learning and success.
  • Clinical Practice and Supervision
    • Provide direct and indirect supervision of nursing students in clinical settings, ensuring they meet course outcomes and industry standards.
    • Monitor and evaluate clinical agencies to ensure they meet student learning needs and industry standards.
  • Professional Development and Leadership
    • Participate in professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Student Support and Advisement
    • Provide academic advisement and counseling to nursing students, ensuring they meet program requirements and industry standards.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of student support services, ensuring students meet program requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in Nursing required.
    • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
    • Prior teaching experience in a nursing program.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
