Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Enterprise Systems Modernization initiative. As a key member of our Core Technology team, you will be responsible for driving modernization and transformation of our enterprise systems, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders, and overseeing all technical aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to enhance the financial technology function, including organizational design, recruitment, training, and employee advancement.
  • Manage a team of financial technology professionals and engineers, setting goals, priorities, and providing guidance.
  • Oversee outsourced vendors and consultants providing financial technology services.
  • Hire, evaluate, and develop team members, including performance improvement plans and professional mentoring.
  • Grow the financial technology program aligned with company objectives.
  • Define and develop the future roadmap for our enterprise platforms, aligning it with business objectives and technical capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and at least 8 years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP migrations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP functionalities.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum or similar frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience with data migration tools and strategies specific to Oracle migrations.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and non-Oracle technical integration tools and platforms, including Oracle SOA and OIC, modern REST APIs, file transfer protocols, and real-time data streaming.
  • Excellent project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to present to a diverse audience (business, technical, and leadership) and clearly communicate across diverse cultures and time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
