As we expand, we are looking for a Floor Technician.

Work Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure overall cleanliness within and outside the facilities.
  • Maintain all types of floor surfaces to the highest standards.
  • Keep floors in a state of readiness at all times.
  • Perform mopping, buffing, and waxing of designated floor areas.
  • Vacuum and shampoo carpeted spaces as required.
  • Manage a schedule for all floor maintenance tasks.
  • Transport equipment to various job sites and ensure it remains in safe and clean condition.
  • Move furniture and equipment as needed.
  • Respond to building and weather-related emergencies as assigned.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in custodial services, with substantial expertise in various floor maintenance techniques such as stripping, sealing, and finishing floors, as well as carpet cleaning methods.
  • Ability to demonstrate proper floor care and carpet cleaning techniques, along with proficiency in operating assigned equipment.
  • A valid Government Issued ID is required.
