As a valued member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, required.
- Current RN license in Oregon, required.
- Have and maintain Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
- Minimum of one year nursing experience, required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and service.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and online software.
