Associate Brand Manager

At Strategic, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Associate Brand Manager to join our team. As the primary liaison with our customers, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

We take pride in our customer-centric approach and strive to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Our team works tirelessly to increase customer base and sales revenue for our top-tier clients in the telecommunications industry.

The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting our sales team, and identifying new market trends to enhance customer service and improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by informing and educating customers about our brands and products.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers to resolve product or service questions, new inquiries, and customer complaints.
  • Support our sales team by assisting in the sales cycle and presenting products that best suit customer needs.
  • Identify new market trends and inefficiencies to enhance customer service and improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and multitask to be efficient.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable with in-person sales and face-to-face interactions with customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
