As a dynamic and expanding organization, we are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Warehouse Clerk.

The Warehouse Clerk position is essential in our operations, ensuring that material requests for daily production tasks are fulfilled efficiently in a high-energy, high-volume print and mail processing setting. This role also involves managing the handling and storage of incoming materials, conducting inventory cycle counts, and coordinating outgoing shipments using company vehicles. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and excel in a collaborative production environment.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts to move and organize materials.
  • Prepare material requests for production departments.
  • Assist in the handling and storage of products and shipping materials.
  • Package items for inventory management.
  • Utilize shredding equipment as needed.
  • Process shipments for domestic and international delivery via FedEx and UPS.
  • Drive company vehicles for delivery tasks as required.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all operational guidelines, company policies, and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned based on organizational needs.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and at least one year of driving experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a warehouse setting, including stock handling, shipping/receiving, and inventory management.
  • Forklift operation experience is required; standup/reach forklift experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a print and mail production environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with shipping software and systems (e.g., FedEx, UPS) is necessary.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills are essential.
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent use of hands and fingers for handling materials, as well as the ability to sit, stand, and walk regularly. The employee must be able to lift, move, pull, and push up to 50 pounds, and occasionally handle pallets weighing up to 100 pounds using a pallet jack. Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Steel-toe footwear is mandatory while on the job site.
