Job Title: Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team at Resources For Human Development. As a Therapist, you will provide individual, group, and family therapies to children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and substance abuse issues. You will conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with program support staff to identify and secure additional services and resources based on client needs.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
* Provide individual, group, and family therapies to clients with mental health and substance abuse issues
* Coordinate with program support staff to identify and secure additional services and resources
* Maintain active caseload and engage individuals in ongoing treatment
* Participate in clinical group meetings regarding ongoing treatment goals, progress, and discharge

Requirements:

* Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a human service field
* Two years' experience providing direct therapy in the area of mental health, substance use, or IDD
* Familiarity with standard business computer software programs and electronic Health Care Database programs
* ACT 33/34 clearances if required by program
* FBI clearance, as needed

Physical Requirements:

Salary Description:

$52,140 (unlicensed) to $55,530 (licensed)
