About the Role

The Health Policy Analyst will be responsible for providing expert input and strategic management of a portfolio of health policy regulations, including Medicaid payment and coverage policies related to obstetric and gynecologic care.

This role requires collaboration with the Senior Manager to manage multiple policy portfolios which may include physician payment, quality payment programs, alternative payment models, value-based payment, pharmaceuticals and devices, workforce issues, and research and grant funding related to public health.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of health policy and experience working in a similar role.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective policy strategies to advocate for the interests of our members.
  2. Analyze and evaluate federal and state health regulations to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with senior managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement policy initiatives.
  4. Provide expert input and strategic management of a portfolio of health policy regulations.
