Job Title: 1st Shift, Production

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our production team as a 1st Shift, Production worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating a coating machine to apply coating to products, opening raw materials, measuring and adding flavoring as needed, emptying panners onto trays, and lifting, carrying, and moving 30lbs trays to racks for cooling.

Job Duties:
  • Operate machine to apply coating to product
  • Opening raw materials
  • Measure and add flavoring as needed / required
  • Empty panner onto trays
  • Lift, carry and move 30lbs trays to racks for cooling
  • Ensure all product meets quality standards
Requirements:
  • Repetitive heavy lifting up required
  • Previous Machine Operation strongly preferred
  • Good oral communication and written skills
  • Able to follow / complete department and production procedures

We offer a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour to start, with great benefits upon full-time hire. Our production team works Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with some Saturdays may be requested or required.
