Position ResponsibilitiesThe Palletizer plays a crucial role in the production process by ensuring that finished products are properly handled and organized. Key responsibilities include:
- Efficiently lifting and arranging finished product cases onto pallets in accordance with specified configurations.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety protocols.
- Conducting visual inspections of finished products to identify quality issues.
- Applying labels to cases to ensure proper identification of products.
- Assisting in troubleshooting equipment issues as needed.
- Maintaining a tidy work area and following shutdown and startup procedures.
- Supporting quality assurance and shipping processes with necessary holds.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
