Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and establish relationships with architects and commercial clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Effectively present our products and services to architects and commercial clients to drive sales
  • Work with our regional sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
  • Provide product and technical solutions to architects and commercial clients to meet their needs
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with clients and prospects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an architectural, construction, or business-related field or equivalent industry experience
  • Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification or ability to obtain within two years
  • Proven experience in consultative value proposition sales specifying premium products to architects/design firms
  • Fenestration experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
  • Ability to navigate CAD-based design
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
