Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Physician to join our team at Conviva Care Centers. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care to seniors and making a meaningful impact in their lives.

About the Role

This full-time position will be located at our Vista del Sol center in El Paso, TX. As a Primary Care Physician (PCP), you will work as a lead in our team-based care environment, providing outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, focusing on preventive medicine and early intervention
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain one in the state of practice (TX)
  • Graduation from an accredited MD or DO program of an accredited university
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Geriatric Medicine preferred)
  • Active and unrestricted DEA license
