About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician III to join our team at S2 Residential. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Requests: Complete service requests for common areas, occupied and vacant units, or anywhere on the property as directed. This may include tasks such as changing lightbulbs, unclogging pipes, fixing faucets, changing locks, floor tile installation and repair, and interior or exterior painting.
  • Trash Outs and Unit Turns: Assist with trash outs and unit turns, inspecting appliances, A/C systems, toilets, faucets, and showers, lights, disposals, and all safety devices.
  • Plumbing Repairs: Perform routine plumbing repairs such as replacing/repairing/servicing water heaters, clearing drain lines, and replacing worn-out washers, gaskets, facets, and floats.
  • Exterior Maintenance: Replace burned-out, broken, and/or nonworking exterior light bulbs and/or fixtures immediately.
  • Carpentry Repair: Perform carpentry repair such as kitchen cabinets, window screens/glass, door locks, and plaster/drywall.
  • Mechanical Repairs: Perform routine mechanical repairs such as repairing/diagnosing all major appliances.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform miscellaneous tasks such as interior and exterior painting, floor tile installation and repair, interior cleaning, lawn mowing, leaf raking, tree/shrub trimming, debris removal, and other landscaping duties.
