**Job Summary**

Mahantech is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Intelligence Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Permit Transformation Program, you will provide analysis and leadership on data analysis projects across the enterprise.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide insight to data analysts, data architects, and application developers related to creating an enterprise data model that meets business and technical requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise related to Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, and SSIS.
  • Design and deliver data mapping specifications for large reporting platforms.
  • Write and maintain business rules using SQL logic.
  • Develop and implement data warehousing and data mining strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and detail data requirements.
  • Design and deliver data models using ERD/Data Modelling tools.
  • Execute projects in an Agile/Hybrid environment.
  • Challenge legacy design and seek opportunities to design better models and better code.
  • Learn new technologies and adapt to frequent changes in the technical environment.

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of experience with Azure Data Factory as an ETL tool.
  • 3+ years of experience with MS Dataverse.
  • 3+ years of experience with MS SSIS.
  • Proven track record of solving real-world problems using data.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology-related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) with a focus on data analysis and data structure.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of different database platforms: Oracle, SQL Server (OnPrem/Azure), DB2, and MS Access.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and technology illustrations.
  • Understanding of Data Warehousing and data mining.
  • Understanding of modeling strategies (dimensional, snowflake, relational, unstructured).
  • Experience designing and delivering data mapping specifications for large reporting platforms.
  • Writing and maintaining business rules using SQL logic.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing ad-hoc SQL statements.
  • Strong interest in playing a technical data steward role across business and technology partners.
  • Proven experience with ERD/Data Modelling tools (Toad or others).
  • Experience in executing projects in an Agile/Hybrid environment.
  • Ability to challenge legacy design and seek opportunities to design better models and better code.
  • Demonstrated technical ability in learning new technologies and adapting to frequent changes in the technical environment.
  • Experience with data reporting tools (Power BI, others).
  • Ability to look at data in various formats, organize data for the agency to meet the needs of unique program areas, and enable programs to effect change.
  • Experience conceptualizing and visualizing data structures before they are drawn.
  • Experience migrating data from various legacy platforms.
