Job Summary:

The CMM Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our clients' measurement instruments. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calibrate primary, secondary, and/or working standards with precision.
  • Generate detailed calibration reports and certificates, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
  • Inspect calibration equipment routinely to meet high-quality standards.
  • Develop calibration procedures for new or specialized equipment in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
  • Maintain efficient equipment operation, troubleshooting, and calibration.
  • Perform maintenance and repair of precision equipment.
  • Manage calibration standards, tools, and equipment.
  • Participate in quality control, internal audits, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Engage in projects to enhance efficiency, expand services, or address customer needs.
Requirements and Skills:
  • 3-4 years of Quality Control experience required.
  • Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
  • Physical Dimensional Calibration training is preferred.
  • Military PMEL/TMDE/DOD training preferred.
  • Familiarity with calibration and working with precision measurement equipment.
  • Proven experience working under ISO 17025 is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing error-free work.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.
  • U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident Status required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
