Key Responsibilities:
Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers.
Assists physicians in assessing patient needs based on data collected through history, observation, physical exam, telephone triage, and analysis of diagnostic data.
Performs direct patient care, including triage, assessment, procedures, treatments, patient education, discharge, and follow-up instructions.
Assists with hospital rounds and dictating discharge summaries, H&P, consults, and OP reports.
Performs other duties necessary in providing high-quality patient care and serves as an integral part of the overall clinical team for the physician office.
Possesses skills and abilities required in a multifaceted environment, in addition to those relating to nursing.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong nursing skills, the ability to work in a multifaceted environment, and excellent customer relations skills.
Work Environment:
This is a Monday-Friday office position with Friday afternoons off.
