Multisystemic Therapist

Job Summary:

Grace Harbour Inc. is seeking a skilled Multisystemic Therapist to join our Florence, SC MST Team. As a clinical specialist, you will work with families and youth to address problematic behaviors and empower parents and caregivers with the skills and resources needed to address difficulties that arise in raising adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform assessments of family strengths and needs
* Define problematic behaviors and implement a treatment plan according to MST Standards
* Empower parents and caregivers with the skills and resources needed to independently address difficulties
* Conduct sessions in the family's home/community setting

Requirements:

* Professional license in one of the following areas: LPC, LPC-A, LISW, LMSW, LMFT, or LMFT-A
* Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the family's availability
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
