Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage trial-related activities, including site initiation visits, interim monitoring visits, and close-out visits
* Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless trial execution
* Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., health sciences, business administration)
* 2+ years of experience in clinical trial management or a related field
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
