Position Overview

Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager II and Staff Services Manager I, this role involves extensive travel and entails conducting thorough file evaluations and property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations impacting multifamily rental housing projects across California that receive funding through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and other related analytical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- This position necessitates regular overnight travel and physical assessments of properties and housing units throughout California. Expect to travel for a minimum of two weeks each month, from Monday to Friday, during the operational months.
- Physical assessments will involve navigating around properties, ascending multiple flights of stairs, entering tenant units, and inspecting accessible outdoor areas.
- A valid California Driver's License (CDL) is required for this role. Candidates must provide their CDL number, class, expiration date, and any endorsements or restrictions in their application.

Application Information:
This position will remain open until filled, with cut-off dates for applications occurring on the 1st and 15th of each month.
