We're seeking a skilled Baker to contribute to the success of Tom's Food Center. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for baking, frying, and packaging a variety of bakery products. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Baking and frying duties as determined by the production schedule
  • Preparing and packaging bakery products for display and sale
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including shelving and display cases
  • Assisting with receiving and stocking merchandise

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in retail or production baking
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and documents
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally

Work Environment:

As a Baker at Tom's Food Center, you'll work in a fast-paced retail environment with varying temperatures. You may be required to stand and walk for extended periods and may be exposed to refrigerated/freezer coolers on a frequent basis.
