Job Summary:

Abbtech Professional Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior Wireless Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining wireless communication systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement wireless communication systems, including radio frequency (RF) engineering and network architecture.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design specifications and technical reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of wireless systems with other technologies.
  • Conduct site surveys and perform field testing to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to wireless systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our clients receive the best possible solutions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in wireless communication systems engineering, with a focus on RF engineering and network architecture.
  • Strong understanding of wireless communication protocols, including P25 and LTE.
  • Experience with RF engineering tools, including Wizard and drive test tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
