Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language services to children birth to 3 years of age, as well as supporting families through education, training, and support.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans for children with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays.
  • Provide parent coaching and education to support family involvement in their child's development.
  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families.
  • Provide service coordination to assigned caseload, including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from a graduate program of a college or university.
  • Current licensure in Speech Pathology by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech and Hearing Association or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate.
  • Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
