Job Summary

Criterion Child Enrichment is seeking a highly skilled Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As an Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing essential services to families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Intervention Plans: Collaborate with families to develop and implement individualized intervention plans that address the unique needs of each child.
  • Provide Parent Coaching and Education: Utilize a parent coaching model to educate and support families in promoting their child's development and learning.
  • Conduct Screenings and Assessments: Conduct screenings and assessments to identify children's strengths and areas of need, and develop strategies to support their development.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with other professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive services to families.
  • Provide Home-Based Services: Provide services in the home, at our early intervention centers, and in the community, as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology: A Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology from a graduate program of a college or university is required.
  • Current Licensure: Current licensure in Speech Pathology by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology is required.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency: A Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech and Hearing Association or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate is required.
  • Experience Working with Infants and Toddlers: Two years of experience working with infants and toddlers is preferred.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams, is required.
