Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Create a welcoming shopping atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Your expertise in products and customer engagement will leave a lasting impression.
  • Support Store Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and help achieve sales objectives. Your leadership will be crucial when the Manager is occupied.
  • Sales Performance: Understand the sales strategy and contribute to achieving key performance indicators, including Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT).
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain assigned areas to meet visual standards and assist with store layout and merchandising changes.
  • Transaction Management: Operate the cash register, process sales transactions, and utilize your product knowledge to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Training and Development: Mentor new Sales Associates, ensuring they integrate smoothly into the team.
  • Inventory Management: Help keep the stockroom organized and the sales floor tidy, supporting the overall maintenance of the store.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Previous experience in a retail setting.
  • A passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
  • A minimum age of 18 years.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, alongside effective leadership abilities.
  • The physical capability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.

Compensation for this position starts at $18.65 per hour, with final salary determined by factors such as education, location, and relevant experience.
