Bussers/Runners play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of operations at Chuy's. They are essential for providing an exceptional dining experience and are often seen as versatile team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Interaction: While Bussers/Runners may not engage with guests as frequently as other staff, effective communication is vital when guests require assistance.
  • Professional Demeanor: Maintain a friendly and professional attitude while supporting servers and other team members.
  • Table Maintenance: Responsible for clearing tables by removing dishes, utensils, and drinkware, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
  • Table Setup: Promptly reset tables for incoming guests to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Cleaning Duties: Regularly clean various areas within the restaurant to uphold a tidy environment.
  • Waste Management: Efficiently empty trash receptacles as needed.
