Deliver exceptional customer experiences as a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut shop-in-shops located inside Bass Pro stores across North America. This role plays a key part in meeting sales plans and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships, providing personalized shopping experiences, and fostering a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers, peers, and management to drive sales results and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain the appearance of the store, keep displays and inventory clean and organized, and secure company assets.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sunglass Hut offers competitive pay ($18.13 per hour), bonus and commission plans, health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
