Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent guest service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
  • Prepare and display meat and seafood products according to company standards, including slicing, trimming, wrapping, weighing, and pricing.
  • Assist with receiving, inventory, and storage of meat and seafood products.
  • Price, stock, and rotate frozen items, prepared meats, and fresh meat/seafood in sales areas.
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards in all areas that come into contact with meat/seafood and in the prep areas, coolers, freezers, and sales floor.
  • Communicate with management to address guest requests, concerns, and shrink issues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work well with others and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds constantly.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
