The Supervisor of Rehab Services is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and activities of the assigned Adult Rehabilitation Staff.
Work situations range from clinical to supervisory and require independent decision-making, analysis, planning, policy and program development, problem and issue resolution, leadership, and strong rehabilitation expertise.
This position is also responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and developing treatment programs
- Supervising daily operations and activities of the assigned Adult Rehabilitation Staff
- Developing and implementing policies and programs
- Providing leadership and guidance to staff
- Resolving problems and issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and rehabilitation expertise
