Physical Therapist Assistant

Regency Canyon Lakes Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation and nursing services, you will work closely with our physical therapists to provide high-quality patient care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients with various physical therapy needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including instructing and aiding patients in exercises, transfers, and other physical therapy activities.
- Observe and record patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising physical therapist.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in patient education and training to promote independence and safety.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Washington.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve patient goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
