**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000-$120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Job Description:** As the Educational Director at Gersh Academy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students and the school. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of effective school procedures aligned with our mission and goals. This includes utilizing data analysis to inform decision-making, managing the budget with a focus on staffing and instructional needs, inspiring and mentoring staff to achieve excellence, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment that prioritizes student, employee, and visitor welfare.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans aligned with the school's mission and goals.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to drive improvements in academic outcomes and student achievement.
  • Manage the school's budget, prioritizing expenditures on staffing, instructional resources, and facilities.
  • Mentor and inspire educators to provide high-quality instruction and support services to students.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect among students, staff, and families.

**Requirements:**

  • A graduate degree from an accredited institution, preferably in educational leadership or special education.
  • Three to five years of proven leadership experience in education, with a track record of driving improvement in student outcomes.
  • At least three years of experience working in a school setting with students who have autism or other special needs.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
